These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and mrkaya88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mrkaya88 website at mrkaya88.cam and all associated services, products, software, and content provided through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the mrkaya88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on the mrkaya88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's account wallet, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or reward credits granted by mrkaya88 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a Member may make withdrawals.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game entry placed using real-money or bonus funds on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "Net Loss" means the difference between the total amount wagered and total amounts won by a Member over a defined period, used as the basis for cashback calculations.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary programme through which a Member may temporarily or permanently restrict their ability to access the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on mrkaya88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You have not been notified by mrkaya88 that your account has been closed, restricted, or that you are otherwise barred from using the Platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the mrkaya88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for the security of your username, password, and any security verification details associated with your account. mrkaya88 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You should:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Enable any two-factor or security verification features offered by the Platform where available.
• Log out from shared or public devices after each session.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via our support channels.

mrkaya88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

Before processing any withdrawal request, mrkaya88 requires Members to complete identity verification (KYC). Standard documentation required includes a valid Malaysian identification document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding the identification document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission.

mrkaya88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• Boost eWallet (instant processing)
• GrabPay (instant processing)
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer (5–10 minutes for banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank)

All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at time of confirmation. mrkaya88 does not apply conversion markups on the platform side.

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits vary by payment method and are published on the Deposit page within your account dashboard. Deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. mrkaya88 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing targets for verified accounts are as follows:

• Same-business-day processing for most verified accounts under standard withdrawal limits.
• Priority processing for VIP Gold tier and above.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

mrkaya88 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP tier rewards, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active may be restricted. Placing bets that exceed stated limits during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of wagering requirements.
• mrkaya88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds held by Members at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

Any Member found to be exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-accounting, use of automated tools, collusion, pattern wagering designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or any other method of promotional abuse will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account permanently closed.

All bets placed on the mrkaya88 platform — including sports wagers on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events, as well as casino game rounds — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the system and a bet ID has been issued.
• In the event of a technical error, server fault, or network interruption during a game round or live betting event, mrkaya88 reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings arising from a malfunction are not valid.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. mrkaya88 is not liable for changes in odds occurring between a Member's intent to bet and confirmation of the wager.
• mrkaya88 reserves the right to limit maximum stake sizes on any market or game at its discretion, particularly for accounts identified as professional or advantage players.
• Any dispute regarding a settled bet outcome must be raised with the support team within seven (7) calendar days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
• Decisions made by mrkaya88's trading and game integrity teams in relation to bet settlements are final, subject to the escalation procedure described in Section 15.

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. RNG (random number generator) games use certified random number generation technology. mrkaya88 publishes indicative RTP ranges by game category. Individual game outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mrkaya88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required:

• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account for the purpose of obtaining duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process proceeds of crime, conduct structuring transactions, or otherwise engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider for funds that have been used for wagering. mrkaya88 will contest all chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scrapers, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorisation.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting at Scale: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds discrepancies across multiple accounts or platforms in a coordinated manner.
• Impersonation: Falsely representing yourself as another individual or providing false identification documents during the KYC process.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.

All content on the mrkaya88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, user interface elements, software, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement of such content — is the exclusive property of mrkaya88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, scrape, frame, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of mrkaya88.

Any unauthorised use of mrkaya88's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable Malaysian and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mrkaya88, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from account suspension or termination.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information or content displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical errors, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond mrkaya88's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

mrkaya88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mrkaya88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment conducted within personal financial means. The Platform offers the following self-management tools to all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Limits take immediate effect upon confirmation.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request temporary (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are honoured promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying session duration and net session balance are available upon request.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the mrkaya88 support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion. Active bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

mrkaya88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months where the balance is zero.
• Regulatory requirements or court orders requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed by mrkaya88 due to a Member's breach of these Terms, mrkaya88 reserves the right to withhold any balance and void any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall first be submitted to mrkaya88's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team in writing with full details of the complaint.

mrkaya88 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may agree to submit the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

Nothing in this clause limits a Member's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in circumstances where such relief is warranted.

mrkaya88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly.

Where changes are material, mrkaya88 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through a site notification or email to the address registered on the Member's account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

Members who do not agree with any amended Terms should cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
